our history, our growth

1996
Blue Shark is born, a large design studio managed by the engineer Marco Isola and based in Cagliari. Until 2007 Blue Shark offers specialized consultancy in the field of civil and industrial construction.
2007
Blue Shark enters SARAS and undertakes a phase of modernization and expansion of the structure.
2008
Stipulates an agreement with the Department of Structural Engineering of the University of Cagliari which has as its object the collaboration activity for research on structural intervention techniques thanks to the use of innovative materials for interventions in extreme conditions.
2014
Blue Shark sets up Iron Shark S.r.l., specialized in the production of steel bearing structures. Still in the same year, it acquires 45% of Tribune S.r.l. (which becomes 50% in January 2018), an amateur sports club located in Cagliari within the Amsicora complex.
2017
In 2017 Blue Shark acquired 60% of Digital Nue S.r.l., an IT and technological innovation company. The Digital Nue has already carried out important projects in the field of Public Administration.
